The following Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") apply and cover the use of the "Lumiere" online e-shop ( www.lumiere.com.gr ) by each user, on any means of transmission (computer, mobile phone , tablet or any other platform) and in any form of transmission of its content (website, application, etc.).

"Lumiere" ( www.lumiere.com.gr ), is an online store selling goods (clothing, footwear and clothing accessories) to retail customers for online purchases, legally and competently approved by the Ministry of Development, Competitiveness, Infrastructure, of Transport and Networks (General Secretariat of the Consumer, Directorate of Consumer Protection in accordance with the applicable legislation. For the mentioned services, "Lumiere" reserves the right to operate through a website, and through any other convenient means of its choice.

"Lumiere" and the website name (domain name) www.lumiere.com.gr are the property of the Sole Proprietorship under the name KOSTELLETOU ANGELIKI with the distinctive title Made of Lumiere, as legally represented.

The use of the website of the "Lumiere" online store (hereinafter "the company"), and the making of purchases through it as well as the related rights and obligations, are governed by the terms and conditions listed herein and in its integral parts and apply to its entire content and individual pages.

Every visitor/user/member/customer who visits, browses and uses in any way the company's website as well as any services available for use through it, is automatically presumed to have received full knowledge and agrees with the content of the terms of use are listed below. For this reason, we ask every visitor to carefully read this Regulation.

Our company takes all the necessary technical and organizational measures so that user data is absolutely safe and access to it is done in accordance with the law. The persons responsible for the processing of user data are included and bound 1. by the framework of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 "for the protection of natural persons against the processing of personal data and for the free movement of this data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)" (hereinafter "Regulation") as well as 2. from their cooperation and special contract with us, as defined by the consent of use provided by the users. The use and access of users to the "LUMIERE" online store constitutes automatic acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions mentioned below. All visitors/users of the company's websites and services are therefore advised to read and ensure that they fully understand its terms of use. In the event that a user/visitor/member/customer does not agree with the mentioned terms of use, he must, at his own risk, exit the company's website and generally refrain from any use of its services and content.

Ensuring the privacy of  www.lumiere.com.gr  users is our priority. With this reference to the Terms of Use-Privacy Policy, the use and management of the personal data of visitors/users of the website is explained, in accordance with Law 2472/1997 ("Protection of Individuals from the Processing of Personal Data") and amendments thereof, as well as the Regulation.

Regarding the transactions and the realization of purchases through the use of e-commerce methods carried out through this website ( www.lumiere.com.gr ), all the conditions arising from Greek and European legislation apply. More specifically, "LUMIERE" complies with all the conditions arising from the Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-496/2000-ΕΚ1545/Β/18-12-2000 [“Distance sales - Comparative advertising - Adaptation of Law 2251/1994 on the "Consumer protection" (Government Gazette A\ 191) to the provisions of Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 "on the protection of consumers in distance contracts" (OJ No. L 144 of 4/6/1997, p. 19-27) and Directive 97/55/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 6, 1997 "amending Directive 84/450/EEC on misleading advertising in order to include the comparative advertising" (OJ No. L 290 of 23/10/1997, p. 18-23)"], as well as the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection. In this case, the company, through  www.lumiere.com.gr , retains the obligation to provide updated information to potential customers regarding the basic and main characteristics of the goods and services available, costs, transport costs, value added tax when this is not included in the quoted price, the available quantity, the payment methods, the delivery and execution methods of the purchase, the period of validity of each offer as well as the consumer's right of withdrawal.

In order for the operation of  www.lumiere.com.gr  and the services offered to have the best performance, every visitor/user of the website is requested to accept the use of Cookies, as it results from these Terms, and is done automatically when visiting the website .

The stated terms and conditions of use of the company's website, and their possible modifications, are governed by national and Community law as well as the relevant international treaties. In the event of a conflict arising from a modification of the above legal frameworks, the affected Terms and Conditions of Use will be modified accordingly, while the entire text of the terms/conditions will remain as is.

"LUMIERE" reserves the right in its entirety and in any case to unilaterally change its terms of use and conditions, without prior information to its users/visitors. The company is obliged to provide information regarding any change or modification of the terms and conditions of use, through the electronic renewal of the current version of the terms of use. Visitors/users who continue to use the company's services are automatically deemed to have agreed to the new terms and conditions of use set by the company. For this reason, users/visitors of the company's services and content are advised to visit, read and check, at regular intervals, whether they agree with the terms of use in order to proceed to the respective actions.

WEBSITE SERVICES

INFORMATION

With absolute respect for the users/visitors/customers of the Company's online store, all the necessary information regarding the professional identity of "LUMIERE" as well as the offered goods/services, as displayed in the online store, is provided, it is ensured that they are complete, true, valid and up-to-date. We reserve the right to random technical or typographical errors which are impossible to foresee or may occur without intention or due to technical weaknesses or due to a malfunction of the website or due to force majeure. Universal and continuous information of visitors/users/customers of    www.lumiere.com.gr  is a priority and for this reason all necessary actions are taken for immediate information about the availability of the goods. Nevertheless, the relevant electronic  update of the website may appear within a period of one (1) day from their modification.

ACCOUNT

When the user/visitor enters the www.lumiere.com.gr  environment, it is possible to create a personal user account. To complete the creation of the personal member account on the company's website, the user must enter a Personal Secret Security Code (password) and a User Name (user name) which he will choose and know only himself. The username and password will be used by the user to log in to the services of "LUMIERE" and will provide access to the data that he has registered, such as the email address or previous orders. The Personal Secret Security Code can be changed as often as the user wishes, after submitting a request to the company. Exclusive access to the personal information of the user's personal member account page (profile-user account) is owned by the user himself and for this reason he becomes solely responsible for any use, change in account details and data as well as in general for any action performed through it. In case of doubt about the security of the personal account, i.e. in case of forgetting the password, unau thorized-authorized use or in any other case of account security violation, the user is recommended to immediately inform "LUMIERE" so that the necessary security check can be carried out and to prevent any potential security breach.

It is made clear that the user-member of the company's website retains the sole responsibility for the use of his account, i.e. the entry (log-in) and exit (log-out) from it. In the event that due to the negligence of the user to respect these Regulations, any harm or damage occurs to the user, "LUMIERE" and the website www.lumiere.com.gr  do not bear any responsibility.

MEMBER REGISTRATION

To register on the company's website, the user/visitor must meet certain conditions. More specifically, each person who registers as a new member of the services of  www.lumiere.com.gr  , confirms that the required data and information for his registration and access to the products and services of the website a) are entered correctly, are true, valid , complete and up-to-date as well as that he will maintain them in this state in the future as well as b) to expressly declare his consent regarding the collection and processing of data based on the Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy stated in this , whose Terms and Policy he declares that he has studied, understood, understood and fully, expressly and unconditionally accepts.

In any case, the registration of the users/visitors of  www.lumiere.com.gr  , while it is absolutely desirable and recommended for the best browsing of the user in the environment of the online store, is not necessary for the order of the desired product. The ordering process can also be carried out without the user's registration, given that he provides the website with all the necessary information for the shipment of the products and the issuance of the relevant purchase receipt.

We have made sure that the user/member registration process is done quickly and with a simple process so that the user/member saves his details and his service is as good as possible.

The process of registering each user/visitor as a Member and maintaining and participating through a personal account on the "LUMIERE" website has no cost, and is the property of the Member to whom it belongs, without the possibility of transfer or assignment to third parties. The website  www.lumiere.com.gr  keeps only the personal information provided by the user himself, without making any changes without his authorization. The mentioned personal data are collected and kept exclusively for the purpose of a) creating the member's user account through which the possibility of facilitating the completion of orders, monitoring the progress of an order, the history of orders registered with the company, etc. is provided .mr. and b) to inform users about offers regarding our products and services as well as sending informative advertising and promotional material related to our actions as well as collaborations with Third Parties (newsletter). Finally, c) the information required during the registration of a new member is necessary the necessary communication for the optimal operation of the business and the successful transaction with the members, i.e. for the communication, registration, completion, shipment, delivery payment and in general for every safe economic activity.

www.lumiere.com.gr  has a specific new member registration platform so that the registration process is done in the shortest and most reliable way. To register a new member, it is necessary to register the following personal data which will be available for processing by the company.

Persons: The personal data considered necessary for the registration of a natural person as a member of www.lumiere.com.gr  are the name and surname of the person, their residential address, the postal code of the mentioned address, contact telephone number and an address e-mail (email) for better information and communication with him.

Companies: To create a member account of a legal person in the "LUMIERE" online store, it is necessary to enter their full name, the address of their legal headquarters, the postal code of the mentioned address, telephone and e-mail address, the tax number., the tax service as well as the name of the Contact Person.

Upon completion of entering the necessary personal information of the visitor/user, the registration process is completed and the new Member account is created at www.lumiere.com.gr.

NEWSLETTER

The use of the company's website as well as the provision of other services, such as the registration and completion of purchases from our online store are not affected by the subscription to the Newsletter. The registration of the visitor/user in the Company's Newsletter is done by the user's initiative and is registered by simply entering the user's e-mail address in the specially configured field that appears on the www.lumiere.com.gr   page. By entering the email and completing the registration on the website, the visitor/user/member expressly consents to receive informational, promotional, advertising or non-material related to the products, services, changes to the Regulations to their email address and the Terms, as well as any other necessary information to be received from the company. Every effort is made with the ISP's (Internet Service providers) to deliver them to the e-mail addresses of the users/members registered in the Newsletter, but there is the case that when sending an e-mail message, it ends up in the spam folder. When you receive a message from our e-mail address, please enter and save the sending address of our message in your safe communication list.

VISIT/REGISTRATION OF MINORS

In any case, the use of the services of   www.lumiere.com.gr   and the completion of registration of orders on it by minors (persons under the age of 18) are prohibited. Access is only permitted with the necessary prior parental consent. The company bears no responsibility if underage users on their own initiative browse the company's website, enter false information during the membership registration application as well as in any other case, such as the registration and completion of a product/service order. As soon as the entry of a minor or the false registration of personal data of a minor is noticed on the company's website, our data controller will immediately proceed to delete the registered data from the files maintained by the company.

ORDER REGISTRATION

Aiming at the optimal experience of the user/visitor of  www.lumiere.com.gr , we chose to create a simple registration and order completion system. The interested party can, by browsing the offered products/services that are available, add the desired goods to the "Shopping Cart" and then proceed with the purchase process.

The first stage of placing the order requires the confirmation of the order details, shipping address and issuance of the document/invoice as well as the express consent and acceptance of the terms of the sales contract. The mentioned terms of purchase of the products are part of the process of completing the order which cannot be done without the agreement to them. Then follows the calculation of the final cost of the shipment and finally, the payment stage for the products by choosing one of the payment methods provided.

The entire process of placing an order for products desired by users/visitors/members from the company and the online store of www.lumiere.com.gr  , as well as its completion, constitutes a proposal to enter into a distance contract, in which the relevant legislative framework is deemed applicable of the Consumer Protection Law [art. 4 LAW 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A΄/ November 16, 1994), as amended and in force]. Upon completion of placing an order, the user/visitor/member who placed the order for the products will receive a personalized message entitled "Order Confirmation" that will include the information about:

• The products you ordered

• The registered quantity

• The price including VAT

• The subset of the value of the products

• The selected shipping method

• The selected payment method

• The overall total value, after adding the above subsets

Then, and after a relevant check carried out by the Company's Sales Department, an informative email titled "Shipment Confirmation" will be sent to the user/visitor/member who placed the order for the products, in which the acceptance and completion of the registration will be confirmed order and its shipment to the customer. It is noted that the sales contract between the customer and the company will only include the products listed in the "Order Confirmation" email, which may not include all the registered products of the original order (due to possible unavailability, etc.).

PURCHASE PRODUCTS

Customers of the company are requested to read carefully each time they visit the website, the Terms of this operation as well as any more specific details regarding their purchases, as they are written on the order documents and the receipts they receive with each purchase. The more specific conditions that may be sent and accompany each purchase, constitute an additional part of this contract.

In any case, the company reserves the right to reserve or refuse to carry out the completion of an order shortly after completing the registration of an order, as long as it communicates the reasons for its action to the customer.

At "LUMIERE", customer service is an absolute priority and for this reason we suggest the visitor/customer to contact us immediately, and to inform us in any case of a problem, difficulty, complaint or any other issue by sending a message e-mail to info@lumiere.com.gr .

1. INFORMATION

The characteristics of the products, as they are written and appear on the pages of  www.lumiere.com.gr , are as accurate as possible. Nevertheless, if the information and photos presented do not correspond to reality, are inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, the company bears no responsibility, when this happens either accidentally, or due to force majeure and the uninterrupted operation of the online store.

2. PRICE

The company operates with product pricing in euros (€), listing the value of the products including Value Added Tax (VAT). The company and the online store www.lumiere.com.gr   reserves the right to make changes to the price of the products at any time, but maintains the obligation to apply the prices indicated at any time when registering the order. Users/visitors/members/customers are requested to communicate with us through the electronic messaging platform available on our website, or at  www.lumiere.com.gr  when they notice an unusually low price on a product and to notify us before completion of their order, as the possibility of a technical or typographical error is always present. The final payment amount is formed based on the additional costs of shipping costs as they are calculated and added to the final payment stage of the products.

3. COLORS

The analysis of the colors of our goods may not exactly correspond to the reality, due to digitization, analysis, capture and lighting that the photographs are subject to, as well as due to variations that may occur due to the characteristics of the technological systems and the display screen used each user.

4. AVAILABILITY

Product availability is displayed through the product selection process of the company's online store. Every effort is made to fully and continuously update the system regarding the products displayed in the online store www.lumiere.com.gr  . In the event that by mistake or due to a system failure, it is realized that a product is not available or has already been removed from our system without the relevant electronic renewal and an order has already been registered regarding it, then we will contact the user/customer , informing him of the new deadline in which we will be able to ship the order or the impossibility of executing it due to the unavailability of the products due to stock exhaustion.

In the case where an "Order Confirmation" email has been sent to you, but after a check it is found that the final shipment cannot be carried out, the company bears no responsibility. In this case, you will be sent a new email informing you of the rejection of all or part of your order.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

To better serve the user/visitor/customer, the following payment methods are available:

Payment by Credit, Debit Card

Payment by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards of all banks is accepted. All transactions carried out using credit cards are carried out in a secure encrypted environment  of Viva Wallet in order to protect the security of the transactions.

PayPal

You can pay with PayPal. Your purchase will be charged to the card or the invoice that you will submit with your order. If you use PayPal, you consent to PayPal's use of your information as described in PayPal's Data Protection Policy.

Cash on delivery

We accept for Greece with a surcharge of € 1,50 euro in addition to the total value of the order. For cash on delivery (cash payment at the time of delivery), applies to orders up to €500.

In any case, after the registration of an order, "LUMIERE" reserves the right in special exceptional cases (e.g. shipping to a hard-to-reach area, extremely unfavorable conditions, etc.) and after direct communication with the customer by phone or e-mail not to accept payment by cash on delivery but to request payment by bank card or deposit to the bank account regardless of the amount.

"LUMIERE" does not maintain or store any personal information in the online store www.lumiere.com.gr  regarding banking transactions. All customer bank details that may be requested during the payment process are managed by the banking service provider in a secure environment of the National Bank and are kept by us only for as long as is necessary for the relationship or the fulfillment of the commercial transaction. SHIPPING 

"LUMIERE" provides the customer a) the possibility of sending the registered order to him using a cooperating courier company to the place of his choice.

At LUMIERE we make every effort so that our customers receive the products they ordered quickly within the above mentioned deadlines.

FAILURE OF DELIVERY (non-receipt of product)

In the case where the shipment of an order to an address indicated by the customer is carried out and executed but it cannot be completed (i.e. received by the customer), then within a short period of time the delivery is made again by the courier company. If it is still not possible to receive the product from the customer, then the courier company will inform him with a note about the location of the package and will notify him to proceed with relevant communication to determine the forwarding of the package and the date delivery.

In the case where 15 days pass from the dispatch of the products by the company, without their receipt by the customer, and this does not occur due to our own fault, then it is automatically considered that the cancellation of the order and the termination of the sales contract at will of the customer. Following this, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date on which we consider that the Contract has expired, there will be communication with the customer who entered it in order to determine the desired method of refund (see Refund ). If the products have been sent for shipment but were ultimately not received by the customer due to his own fault, then the company will charge the customer with any delivery costs and other costs incurred due to the termination of the Contract. Therefore, the amount that will finally be returned through this process to the customer, will correspond to the amount that had been paid, after deducting the corresponding costs incurred by us for the shipment of the products.

DELIVERY ERROR

The customer's right to inform the company in the event that he receives an incorrect, different or defective product by mistake. Every member/customer of www.lumiere.com.gr  who finds that he has not received the item he ordered, but another by mistake or a defective one, has the right-obligation to inform the relevant department of our company within one (1 ) working day to email info@lumiere.com.gr . Subsequently, the company retains the obligation, in case of timely relevant information from the customer, to request the return of the wrongly sent or defective product and to take care of the replacement and resending of the parcel, without charge to the customer. The customer, moreover, has the right to cancel the sale, in case the replacement and shipment of the product is not carried out within thirty (30) working days from the date the company received the product.

COMPLETE DELIVERY

After the completion of the delivery of the products in the hands of the customer, or another person who receives instead (after relevant communication) the ownership and responsibility for the integrity and condition of the products belongs to the customer.

RETURNS-EXCHANGE POLICY

If you purchase a product through our eshop, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery. In case you want to return the product you bought, you will send us an email at info@lumiere.com.gr  .

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days have passed since the delivery of the product to you.

Only returns are accepted in which the products are in the same condition in which you received them and with all the special markings (tags).

Also, only returns that have been sent with the cooperating courier company are accepted. .

REFUND

In case of withdrawal, we will refund your money (not including shipping costs), within 14 days from the day we were informed of your withdrawal by email. The refund will be made with the same payment method you used for the original transaction. In case you paid by cash on delivery, they will be returned to you via bank account.

Legal Right of Withdrawal Right of Withdrawal 

 If you are dealing as a consumer, you can withdraw from the Agreement within 14 calendar days without reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession or control of the products, or in the case of an order with multiple products after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession or control of the last product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can either notify us via email at  info@lumiere.com.gr  of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement in an explicit manner.

 Effects of Withdrawal

 If you withdraw from this Contract, we will refund to you without delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of the withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery to the original delivery address (except for any additional costs incurred in the event that you have chosen another delivery method than the offered free delivery method). In any case, you will not incur any other costs/fees for your refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. In case you paid by cash on delivery, they will be returned to you via bank account.

Subject to the above, we may however withhold the return either until we have received all the products back or until we have received evidence that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first. You remain responsible for any reduction in the value of the products that may occur during the delivery process, as this value is determined by the nature, characteristics and functionality of the products.

RETURN PROCEDURE

In the case where the customer wishes to change a product and replace it or choose another one, this can be done by following the following procedure: Send us an email at info@lumiere.com.gr 

a) stating the product code and the reason for return

b) indication of the product code that the customer wishes to return and to be sent as a replacement.

*Reshipment of the new package with a shipping cost of €5.00.

DETAILS

The customer of the company can request the change/replacement of the product he had initially chosen, by choosing another product from those displayed on this website, as long as all the conditions related to the possibility of withdrawal-change-replacement, as they are detailed, are met below.

In the event of a defective product, the customer should return the product to be changed/replaced to the company, in order for it to carry out any relevant checks on the quality and condition of the product. The company will then contact the customer to inform them of the progress of the process. In the case where the returned product is in excellent condition, observing all the conditions for returning products to the company, then the process of changing/replacing and sending the new product to the customer is initiated.

If the product selected for the change/replacement of the product that the customer wishes to return, is of a higher value than the one already purchased, then the customer must cover the relative difference in monetary value. The monetary difference can be covered in two ways. 

The first way is through a deposit to the ETHNIKI BANK account IBAN GR5201103740000037401560356 or ALPHA BANK IBAN GR1501406800680002002052836 .Therefore, the selected product will be sent to the customer, immediately after the relevant information from the Customer Service Department, as it concerns the progress of the process and the deposit of the monetary difference by the customer to the Company's account. Second way (for shipments within Greece) is the choice of resending the product with the cash on delivery procedure, after relevant information from the Customer Service Department. When choosing this procedure, the amount of the monetary difference will be attributed to the courier company at the time of delivery and receipt of each order by the customer or by a person indicated by him.

The shipping and ordering details of the product will be kept and used which have already been registered by the customer during the first order. For any modification of shipping, order details, etc., the customer should inform the Customer Service Department accordingly.

If the product selected for the change/replacement of the product that the customer wishes to return is of a lower value than the one already purchased, then the Company must pay the customer the relative monetary difference in the final value of the product. After the customer returns the product to the company and ascertains the cost difference from the new product, the Customer Service Department will contact the customer about his new choice so that the change request can be immediately forwarded and the final shipment of the product can be initiated to the customer. After the product has been shipped, the offsetting order for the difference in the final value of the product is given. The refund of the monetary difference will be made, as the procedure mentioned above in the "Refund" field. For any modification of shipping details, money transaction, etc., the customer should inform the Customer Service Department accordingly.

SUBSTITUTION-CHANGE-REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS

Withdrawal from the market or product cannot be allowed in the case where the present conditions are not met. In particular, the withdrawal-change-replacement and return of items is not allowed

a) which were used and opened-used by the customer, while they do not have any defect,

b) whose construction was carried out in accordance with the special and special requirements and preferences of the customer,

c) which, upon return, are missing parts that made them up

d) whose packaging and general form has been partially or completely damaged.

In the case where the shipment of the products by the member/customer has been completed and some of the return conditions mentioned herein have not been met, our company reserves the right not to accept the return of the products and these products will be returned to the customer at his fee (€5.00). Once the item is delivered to the customer, the Company bears no responsibility for its alteration, malfunction or destruction.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Any defective products that will be delivered to the Company's customers, will be returned to it after relevant communication, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994, as well as any other relevant provisions of Greek and European legislation . It is therefore recommended by our Company that all our customers upon receipt of their products either from the company's point of receipt, or after they have been sent to the customer, or a third party duly authorized by him, to carefully check the entirety of the packaging as and of the merchandise inside it, as well as in case they find any relevant damage or any obvious defects, to inform us as soon as possible and in any case within one (1) day.

More specifically, the Company is responsible for any actual defect or lack of agreed property describing the item, which the delivered items carry, if this is found at the time of delivery, and in any case within one (1) day. The customer should immediately contact via email at info@lumiere.com.gr . The Company is obliged to respond within five (5) business days from the moment the communication is initiated and to inform the customer of the procedure to be followed. The process includes the return of the item in the way and means chosen by the customer who wishes to return the product. The products that are returned for inspection at the stores indicated by the Company must be in the condition in which they arrived at the customer, as well as include any other object - peripheral element that is part of the whole object, as well as any form accompanying the object .

Upon receipt of the returned defective product by a representative of our Company, a thorough inspection is initiated to ascertain the defect and the exact cause. The Company is obliged to communicate with the customer regarding the return and the results of the inspection of the object, by telephone or by email, in order to inform him/her of the inspection procedure to be followed, its possible replacement (if deemed that wear and tear is the company's responsibility) within eight (8) working days of the item being returned to us. Any technical inspection of the quality and operation of the object will be initiated by the Company at no charge to the customer. In a case where it is judged that the Company is responsible for the error and the product is defective due to our fault, the replacement of the product, as well as resending it to the customer will be fully covered by the Company. Furthermore, in case there is a lack of stock of the item to be replaced, a special order will be placed for them by the Company to the manufacturing House and the respective partners of our Company. Absolute priority is the fastest customer service and the repair or total replacement of products. Any delays in the shipment of the products provided by third-party partners of the company or due to force majeure, are in no way the responsibility of the Company, which will not bear any further financial or other obligation towards the customer.

In the unfavorable case where there is a delay in final communication regarding the return of the item to the customer, an interval of more than thirty (30) days from the day of receipt and final inspection of the parcel by the Company, which does not arise due to force majeure, then the customer retains the right of unilateral dissolution and cancellation of the sales contract and may request from by contacting the Company's Customer Service Department, the full refund of the value of the purchased item, without the right to claim the value of any transportation costs paid for it. The object will remain in the possession of the Company, or will be returned to it (if its return had already been initiated before registering a refund request) and the customer will receive within three (3) working days the entire value of the object he had purchased , in the manner agreed with the Company.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If the customer wishes to cancel a reserved order, which in any case has not yet been sent by our company to him, he should contact us by sending an e-mail to info@lumiere.com.gr .

In case the order has been sent to the customer, it is possible to return it with the same courier. In this case, the shipping and return costs of the product will be covered by the customer (€5.00).

REFUND TO BANK ACCOUNT

When returning the products, the customer has the possibility to choose the refund of the money he has paid during the purchase. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the customer chose when making the original purchase, within fithteen (15) business days from the date we receive and inspect the products. In the event that the initial purchase was made with a cash on delivery order, the refund will be made through a bank deposit to an account indicated by the interested party. It is noted that only the amount of money covering the value of the goods will be refunded and not the value covering the transport costs (€5.00), cash on delivery or bank costs paid by the customer.

In case of cancellation of the transaction before the order has been sent to the customer, the refund will be made via bank transfer to an account indicated by the customer or to the account chosen by the customer during the initial purchase, within fourteen (14) working days from the date written notice of cancellation.

Furthermore, if during the purchase the customer used the option to pay by using a credit card, then LUMIERE must inform the bank responsible for issuing the payment about the cancellation of the transaction within fourteen (14) (due to cancellation before shipment ) and fifteen (15) (due to withdrawal) working days, respectively from the date he will receive and check the products. The return of the money will be made through the execution of an offsetting of the amount from the secure environment of the Bank, based on the cooperation and the special contract that it has signed and concluded with the customer. After the execution of the above actions by the company, LUMIERE no longer bears any responsibility for the time or manner of execution of the refund process.

INFORMATION AND SERVICES - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

"LUMIERE" undertakes to provide the users/visitors of its website with information that is true, accurate and complete, is in direct correlation with the identity, operation and services of the website, and is displayed on its website. The company is not responsible for temporary unavailability, malfunction or technical issues that may appear during sharing. In addition, with regard to erroneous entries of electronic data, the company reserves the right to correct them.

"LUMIERE" bears the responsibility of continuous control of the quality of the provision of information and services displayed and provided through its website. In any case, the company does not bear the exclusive responsibility of protecting the users/visitors of the website from any kind of errors and viruses due to interventions by third parties. In addition, it is not liable civilly or criminally for any positive, special or consequential damage, which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc., arising either from the use/ copying/downloading, navigating it & using the services or information contained in it, either by general alteration of the content of its website or by other unauthorized interventions by third parties in files and information available through the website .
